Solar Germany EOOD (hereinafter "we", "us", "our" or the "Provider") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation – "GDPR"), the Bulgarian Personal Data Protection Act, and all other applicable data protection laws.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store and protect personal data when you visit our website www.gonetworking.space, use our coworking services, or otherwise interact with us.

- Wi-Fi usage logs (provided by A1 Bulgaria)

3.6 Video Surveillance Data

- CCTV footage from cameras installed throughout the Coworking Space (operating 24/7).

- Recordings are stored for a maximum of **seven (7) days** and automatically deleted thereafter.

3.7 Communications Data

- Content of e-mails, contact form submissions, chat messages and phone calls (where recorded with consent).

5. VIDEO SURVEILLANCE (CCTV)

5.1 The Coworking Space is monitored by CCTV cameras 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, for the purpose of ensuring the safety of persons and the protection of property.

5.2 Recordings are stored on a secure system for a maximum of **seven (7) days**, after which they are automatically and irretrievably deleted, unless retention is required for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims or by law.

5.3 Notices indicating video surveillance are displayed at all entrances and relevant areas of the Coworking Space.

5.4 Access to CCTV recordings is strictly limited to authorized personnel and competent authorities upon legal request.

6. RECIPIENTS OF DATA

Your personal data may be shared with the following categories of recipients, strictly on a need-to-know basis:

- Payment service providers (for processing payments and refunds)

- Banks and financial institutions

- Accounting and tax advisors

- Legal advisors (where necessary for the defense of legal claims)

- IT service providers (hosting, member portal, booking system, e-mail services)

- Internet service provider (A1 Bulgaria – for Wi-Fi connectivity)

- CCTV system providers (maintenance only; no routine access to recordings)

- Cleaning and maintenance contractors (no access to personal data files)

- Public authorities (tax authorities, courts, police – where legally required)

All external processors are bound by written data processing agreements pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR.

7. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS

7.1 We primarily process your data within the European Economic Area (EEA).

7.2 Where data is transferred outside the EEA (e.g. to non-EEA cloud providers), we ensure an adequate level of protection by means of:

- European Commission adequacy decisions; or

- Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission; or

- Other appropriate safeguards under Chapter V of the GDPR.
