Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the coworking facilities and services provided by Solar Germany EOOD (“Company”), operating as GoNetworking at Budapester Straße 5, 1000 Sofia, Bulgaria.
By accessing or using any services at GoNetworking, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Memberships and Day Passes
Access to the space is provided through memberships or day passes as listed by the Company.
Memberships are personal and non-transferable unless expressly permitted by the Company.
The Company reserves the right to modify prices, features, and availability with prior notice.
Payments and Billing
Fees must be paid in advance as per the selected plan (e.g., daily, monthly).
Accepted payment methods are specified by the Company.
Late payments may result in suspension of access until the account is settled.
All fees are non-refundable unless required by law or otherwise stated by the Company.
Use of Space
Members shall use the space for lawful business activities only.
Respect other members: keep noise to a minimum, use headphones, and maintain a professional environment.
Cleanliness: Keep your workspace tidy and dispose of waste properly.
Meeting rooms must be booked in advance and used within allotted time slots.
Internet and IT
The Company provides shared internet access. Performance may vary.
Users must not engage in illegal online activities, distribute malware, or attempt to access other users’ devices or data.
The Company is not responsible for data loss or security breaches; users are responsible for their own device security.
Equipment and Facilities
Members may use available equipment (e.g., printers, kitchen appliances) in accordance with posted guidelines.
Damage caused by negligence or misuse may be charged to the member.
Personal belongings are the responsibility of the member. The Company is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
Access and Security
Access hours and entry methods (e.g., keys, cards, codes) are determined by the Company.
Sharing access credentials is strictly prohibited.
The Company may monitor the premises for security purposes.
Health, Safety, and Conduct
Members must comply with all applicable Bulgarian laws and building regulations.
No smoking inside the premises. Alcohol consumption must be moderate and respectful. Illegal substances are strictly prohibited.
The Company may remove any individual whose conduct is disruptive, unsafe, or violates these Terms.
Mail and Deliveries
If offered, mail handling is a convenience service. The Company is not responsible for delayed, lost, or misdelivered items.
Members must collect mail promptly.
Events
Events may be hosted in the space with prior approval from the Company.
Hosts are responsible for attendees’ conduct, cleanup, and any damages incurred.
Booking, Cancellations, and Refunds
Meeting room bookings can be canceled or rescheduled according to the Company’s booking policy.
Refunds, if any, will be processed according to the published policy or applicable law.
Privacy and Data
The Company may process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

Intellectual Property
Members retain ownership of their own content and work.
Use of the space does not grant any license to Company IP or branding without prior written consent.
Liability and Indemnity
The space and services are provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company disclaims all implied warranties.
The Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of business or data.
Members agree to indemnify the Company against claims arising from their use of the space, violation of these Terms, or unlawful conduct.
Insurance
Members are encouraged to carry appropriate insurance for their equipment and business activities.
The Company carries standard premises insurance but does not insure members’ property.
Termination and Suspension
The Company may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or unlawful conduct.
Members may terminate their membership according to the notice periods outlined in their plan.
Changes to Terms
The Company may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the space after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Sofia, Bulgaria.
